Ang Madison’s Cafe and Restaurant ay isa sa mga lugar sa Baler na babalik-balikan mo hindi lang dahil sa pagkain, kundi pati na rin sa kabuuang karanasan. Sa unang hakbang pa lang, ramdam mo na agad ang relaxing at cozy na ambiance—parang pahinga mula sa ingay ng araw. Masarap at maayos ang pagkakapresent ng kanilang mga pagkain, at bawat subo ay may kasamang sarap na hindi tinipid sa lasa. Ang staff ay magalang at maalaga, kaya mas nagiging komportable ang dining experience.
